What are Somniora products made from?
Our bedding and sleep essentials are made from bamboo-derived viscose — a fibre prized for being exceptionally soft, breathable, and naturally temperature-regulating. It feels cool to the touch in summer and cosy in winter, and it's gentle enough for sensitive skin.

Is bamboo good for hot sleepers and sensitive skin?
Yes. Bamboo fibre is naturally breathable and moisture-wicking, so it helps draw heat and moisture away from your body through the night. It's also soft and hypoallergenic, which makes it a good choice if you run warm or have skin that reacts easily.

How do I care for my bamboo products?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener — softener coats the fibres and reduces their natural breathability. Tumble dry on low or line dry, and your pieces will stay soft wash after wash.

Where do you ship?
We ship across the EU and the United States.

How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

What is your return policy?
If you're not happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. EU customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. To start a return, just email us and we'll guide you through it.
